One free complimentary room with a minimum of 20 or more rooms booked. 
   Baggage handling available at $2.00 per person.

   A deposit of $250.00 will be required with signed contract 30 days prior to arrival. Blocks of less then 10 rooms will require a deposit of $20.00 per room.
   Final room count to be provided two weeks prior to arrival.
   Rooming lists are to be made available to the Royal Star Inn seven days prior to arrival.

   Total deposit is refundable for cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the scheduled stay.
